Our platform helps teams increase productivity, reduce response times, and maintain consistent communication by automating email routing, workload distribution, and response tracking. We serve a diverse range of industries, including finance, logistics, insurance, and industrial equipment.

Emailgistics maintains a robust trust posture, evidenced by our certifications and adherence to industry best practices. Our platform is SOC 2 Type II certified, demonstrating our commitment to security, availability, processing integrity, confidentiality, and privacy. We are also GDPR compliant and our platform supports HIPAA-regulated customers under a Business Associate Agreement (BAA). We are a Microsoft Certified Partner.
Our security measures include fully encrypted communication channels, encryption at rest, data isolation with separate databases for each customer, real-time backups, and replication redundancy. We employ a Web Application Firewall (WAF), network firewalls, and robust authentication and authorization mechanisms. Emailgistics also undergoes regular security assessments, including web application security assessments and penetration testing, to identify and remediate vulnerabilities.
We are committed to protecting customer data. Emailgistics stores email metadata only, and message content is never stored on our servers. For our AI features, only the minimum necessary data is received to generate summaries or reply suggestions. We also provide administrators with controls for AI features, including the ability to delete knowledge base documents.
